THE FORCE OF THANKSGIVING 1 (PILLARS OF ATTRACTIVE CHRISTIANITY)

 

 

And at midnight Paul and Silas prayed, and sang praises unto God: and the prisoners heard them. And suddenly there was a great earthquake, so that the foundations of the prison were shaken: and immediately all the doors were opened, and every one’s bands were loosed.🙏 Acts 16:25-26. Paul and Silas for no apparent reason were beaten, humiliated, band with chains and thrown into prison by the magistrate of Macedonia.

At this point Paul and Silas have become so helpless. They didn’t have any connection in the corridors of powers that could come to their rescue. Have you found yourself in any difficult situation right now and don’t even know whom to contact? God Almighty who is our present Helper in times of trouble will surely come through for you. Just apply the principle of Prayer and Thanksgiving👐.

The Apostles waited till midnight, and they began to pray and sang praises unto Jehovah✌. They placed their whole Trust in LORD just like the fathers of Faith. They were so much interested in receiving a touch from God, so they didn’t care about who was against them. As they continued praising God, the Heavens opened and at once there was a great earthquake that shook the foundations of the prison✌. And miraculously all the prison doors got opened and their chains including that of the other prisoners fell of their hands👐. Hallelujah!!

I may not know what you are currently going through as a believer. But I can assure you that your change is near. Get up, take action and tell yourself that you can never fail in life as a Child of God. May God grant you that inner tenacity to be able to pray and praise Him again so you can take what belongs to you💪. May the mercies of God dwell with you richly🙏.
