THANKSGIVING (PILLARS OF ATTRACTIVE CHRISTIANITY)

One of the strongest pillars that have being undermined in Christianity is THANKSGIVING✌. You have no idea of the kind of mountains it can remove from a believer’s life. “1 Chronicles 16: 34- O give thanks unto the LORD; for his mercy endureth forever.” To give thanks or thanksgiving is the act of expressing your profound gratitude to the Holy Spirit from the depth of your heart. It comes in various forms such as, Praise and Worship, payment of vows, offering and tithing, dancing etc😇.

The simplest way to give thanks is through your lips. “My lips shall greatly rejoice when I sing unto thee; and my soul, which thou hast redeemed. Psalm 71:23” This kind does need any special skill. The Psalmist understood this mystery perfectly, so he could easily access the deep things of God without struggles. He has never been defeated in any battle before all because of his strong backing from above. Hear me child of God, your act of gratitude can turn your mourning into gladness. Your tests into testimonies, your dreams into realities, obstacles into victories🙏.

You don’t have to wait till you are giving a million-dollar cheque or the new job before you start praising Him. Just start it in your closest with a cheerful heart of gratitude and every locked door will open before you. One of the formidable forces, that can guarantee a triumphant Christian living of a believer is THANKSGIVING. Receive grace to praise your maker so He can do for you, what you can’t do for yourself.
